A unique cultural event is organized for students, inviting them to enjoy a traditional lunch featuring popular Arabic and Jordanian dishes. The gathering aims to introduce students to the rich flavors and heritage of Middle Eastern cuisine. The dishes offer a taste of the region’s culinary traditions including but not limited to Mansaf (the national dish of Jordan), Kibbeh, Hummus, and Maqluba. The event does not only provide an opportunity to share food but also to foster cross-cultural connections, as students from different backgrounds come together to experience a part of Jordanian and Arabic culture.
